Where do I find my Server Room RTMP address and credentials?

Your RTMP server address, port, mount point, username, and password are available in your Server Room account dashboard and in your Server Room setup email.

What should I enter as the mount point / path?

The path follows the format application/streamname. For example, if your application is live and stream name is livestream, enter live/livestream.

How do I confirm the stream is active?

Go to the Connections tab in the Epiphan encoder console. An active RTMP push will be listed as rtmp.publish.

Why does the Epiphan fail to connect?
